iPro Roofing (iproroofing.co.uk) is a lead generation platform operated by iProTrades. We connect homeowners seeking roofing work with verified local tradespeople. We do not carry out any work ourselves and are not party to any contract between homeowner and tradesperson.
2. Homeowner Responsibilities
By submitting a job request, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are the owner or authorised occupant of the property
- You consent to being contacted by up to 3 matching tradespeople
3. No Guarantee of Work
We will make reasonable efforts to match your job with suitable tradespeople, but we cannot guarantee that a match will always be found or that every tradesperson will respond.
4. Our Role
iPro Roofing acts solely as an introduction service. Any agreement, contract, or payment is between you and the tradesperson directly. We accept no liability for the quality of work, disputes, or outcomes resulting from introductions made through this platform.
5. Free Service
Submitting a job request through iPro Roofing is free of charge for homeowners. We do not charge commission or take any payment for introductions.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use this platform to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job requests. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any submission at our discretion.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
